What Causes Acne? pt 2

...Finally, when the follicle of a skin gland clogs up, a pimple will grows.

But it does not stop here, on the next paragraph I will talk on imbalance hormone like during a menstrual period or during pregnancy, for every woman.
For information, hormones are chemical messengers your body uses to send messages back and forth between organs and cells telling them what to do. In regards to your acne, androgenic hormones one of the related hormone, will tell your skin's oil glands just how much sebum or skin oil to be "spitting out".
If you get too many of these androgenic hormones (imbalance) floating around then your skin's oil glands go into "overdrive" producing way too much sebum. As likes the previous statement, when too much sebum, the pores become sticky and clogged with oil and dead skin, resulting in the bacteria on your skin becoming infected and inflamed. Finally, when the follicle of a skin gland clogs up, a pimple will grows.

Thirdly is heredity. Why is hereditary? Well, for the same reason anything is inherited from your parents, if your parents had acne, you might get it too. Scientists are still trying to pinpoint the exact genetic cause or causes of acne. We do know that you inherited something from your parents that tells your body:
How much oil to produce? How big or small your oil glands are? How sensitive your oil glands are to androgens? How easily your pores get clogged? How quickly your skin cells replace themselves and how quickly your immune system reacts to the acne-producing bacteria?

Therefore, by knowing these three facts as above, the increase of hormone, imbalance hormone and heredity from our parent genetic at least you will be on your way toward having a free-acne face and gets self satisfaction or a higher self-esteem.

What Causes Acne? pt 1

When comes to causes of acne, this is what everyone should know. Actually, the exact cause of acne is unknown, but doctors believe it results from several related factors. The very first thing that I want to talk about is the increase of individual hormone levels. Normally, the hormone will increase in teenage years. This can cause the oil glands to plug up more often. Acne happens when oil glands attached to the hair follicles or pores.  Inside the follicles, oil carries dead skin cells to the surface of the skin. These glands make an oily substance called sebum.  When your body produces too much sebum, the pores become sticky and clogged with oil and dead skin, resulting in the bacteria on your skin becoming infected and inflamed. Finally, when the follicle of a skin gland clogs up, a pimple will grows.

But it does not stop here,....
