  • Washing your face is a great way to remove dead skin cells, excess oil, and dirt from your skin's surface. However, over washing or scrubbing your skin too hard will cause your skin to dry and actually make your acne worse. It is best to use a mild soap on your face.

  • It is believe that if having less waste products in our body, because it's needed in balancing the skin’s elasticity and if you do so, your face will be much clearer.
  • Drinking water helps your body flush out toxins that can cause pimples and blackheads on the surface of your skin and also leads to have more beautiful skin and be much clearer.
  • It's also very important to eat healthy by eating lots of fruit and veggies. Therefore, you should drink plenty of water as a habit every day for healthy skin for a more beautiful and clean.

3.          Remove stress from your life
  • Much easier said than done right? Well everyday stress is inevitable, try to avoid stressing out over things. Everyday stress will not contribute to acne. Stress from something like moving to a new house or dealing with your parents' divorce can cause your skin to produce excess oils and leading to acne growth.
  • Have enough rest and have regular exercises. You must know that exercise promotes healthy circulation and blood flow. This is to help detoxification of harmful substances out from your body. It can also stimulate your body to repair your organs that are damaged which one of those organs is your skin.
  • Therefore, have a schedule yourself to exercise regularly to stay healthy and you should be able to have an acne-free face and have more confidence when you talk to people around you.
