What Causes Acne? pt 1

When comes to causes of acne, this is what everyone should know. Actually, the exact cause of acne is unknown, but doctors believe it results from several related factors. The very first thing that I want to talk about is the increase of individual hormone levels. Normally, the hormone will increase in teenage years. This can cause the oil glands to plug up more often. Acne happens when oil glands attached to the hair follicles or pores.  Inside the follicles, oil carries dead skin cells to the surface of the skin. These glands make an oily substance called sebum.  When your body produces too much sebum, the pores become sticky and clogged with oil and dead skin, resulting in the bacteria on your skin becoming infected and inflamed. Finally, when the follicle of a skin gland clogs up, a pimple will grows.

But it does not stop here,....
